Note:

1. During the summer months the Thursday run is replaced by a lake swim/run session at Acton Ferry Terminal at 6pm.

2. Add $1 for swim sessions for non-members.

3 .Informal sessions can be organized at any time - members receive a contact list with other members' phone and e-mail details in around November each year.
