I wish I could count the number of times I have done it! Unfortunately for me they have all been in public places!

I would like to ask the geenral readership if there are any indicators that you can watch for on the derailleur and/or rear dropout or anything else that can become caught up in your spokes? I shudder to think what could have happened if this had occurred at speed..

Would appreciate any advice on what sort of routine checks might be worthwhile?

Cheers Paul
