Hi All,
For anyone that can make it to the Ainslie run on Sunday morning, a few of the novices and regular Bilby's have been heading into town for a well deserved breaky and coffee, last week it was Debacle in Braddon.
So if you haven't got any better offers on Sunday morning, feel free to hang around after your run and get together for a re-cap and something to eat.
For those that I saw at swimming this morning, nice work, is anybody else hurting?!

Totally agree with that Paul. I have found this week to be the toughest yet, especially coming off the back of a week where I did nothing.

I totally agree. I'm enjoying my day off training today.
As for Sundays, the breakfast after running makes getting up so early worthwhile!! Mmmm...pancakes.
