To assist with the long term planning and development of the club the Bilbys conducted a planning day in March 2009 where a variety of issues concerning the club were discussed. The attached report (login required) is a summary of these discussions and will hopefully serve as a reference point for future planning.

A number of potential activities to develop the club are identified in the report but it became clear from the discussions that the most significant input required for these things to happen is the contribution of time and energy by club members.
