Hi All,

I am riding my MTB this Saturday so won't be there again.  Hopefully I will be back soon.  I do plan to be at hammer on Monday.  This will be the last one before we switch to hill reps.

 

Good luck to those one the list who are competing in Newcastle, the Aqua Champs or in the Mini Tour.

 

Saturday (maybe and SHOULD be several groups for each so that riders are of similar speed)

Long

Nanima Road loop, Fed Hwy first- 95km with Shingle hill way, 80km without

Medium

Triangle loop- Fed Hwy, Sutton Rd, Shingle Hill- 68km

Short

Sutton overpass and back on the highway- 40km

 

Monday- Hammer session from Belconnen as usual- 6am (Last one until October)

 

Wednesday- 6am from Dickson Pool.  Bunch rides- This week golf course.  Pick the bunch that is right for you.
