Hi All,
Hopefully we will get some dry rides in this week.  I am guessing that noone turned up on Wednesday.
 
The rides
Saturday 8am ANU
Long
Uriarra Cotter Condor- 90km
Med
Uriarra Cotter- 65km
Short-
Belconnen Water Treatment works and return 40km approx
 
 
Gary's Sunday smashfest (not riding Saturday due to novice coaching)- leaving ANU at 7am- Corin Dam and return via Tidbinbilla, then do Condor Ck and Uriarra.  180 or so km of hills.  If you have the fitness, come and join in the fun.
 
Monday- intervals again from Aikman Dr Belconnen (Arscott House carpark, around the corner from Emu Bank)- this session is handicapped to cater for varying speeds.  Last week we had 6 riders, a good start to the season.
Wednesday- bunch rides from Dickson pool at 6am- this week we will try Dunlop loop again.
