Hi All,
Saturday's ride can be the same as last week due to rain.  Hopefully it won't rain.  If it is raining, people could consider running Saturday and turning up on Sunday at 8am instead.  Forecast is slightly more promising.  My plan is to do my smashfest, see below.  I am not riding Saturday.
 
Take care as always and especially if the roads are wet.
 
The rides
Saturday 8am ANU
Long
Uriarra Cotter Condor- 90km
Med
Uriarra Cotter- 65km
Short-
Belconnen Water Treatment works and return 40km approx
 
 
Gary's Sunday smashfest (not riding Saturday due to novice coaching)- leaving ANU at 7am- Corin Dam and return via Tidbinbilla, then do Condor Ck and Uriarra.  180 or so km of hills.  If you have the fitness, come and join in the fun.
 
Monday- intervals again from Aikman Dr Belconnen (Arscott House carpark, around the corner from Emu Bank)- this session is handicapped to cater for varying speeds. 
 
Wednesday- bunch rides from Dickson pool at 6am- this week is Hall Gungahlin.
