Hi All,
We will be starting Wednesday novice rides at 6am this week.  It would be great if experienced riders could nominate to help out 1-2 times over the Summer so the same people don't have to do it every week.  The distances will be between 16 and 30km.
 
This week's rides
Saturday 8am from ANU (I will be running so won't be there)
Short- Belconnen Water Treatment 40km
Medium-Walaroo Road hills, Hall, Gungahlin- 60km
Long- Wallaroo Road hills and flats, Hall, Gungahlin, Eagkehawk if needed- 80-90km
 
Monday
Intervals from Arscott House Carpark, Aikman Dr Belconnen.  6am.  Finished by 7am.  I won't be there again this week as I will be recovering from triple tri training.
 
Wednesday
Bunch rides from Dickson Pool.  This week is Gold Course loop.  Novice rides will start from the same venue.
