All

I was asked by one or two people to help them out with the first bike leg,
show them around and coach them on getting through the more technical parts
of the leg (so you ride more than you walk or whatever).

As there are a few places on the leg that are tricky I thought why not. I
also thought it would be nice to open it up as a few other people seem keen
(Jeremy, Libby, Lina, John, Danielle, Sarah, etc).

Registration is between 4pm and 6pm on Saturday. I was thinking I would do
this skills thing at 2pm from Tyrolean village (the start of bike leg 1).

This is unaffiliated with any club and in reality just a bunch of friends
riding, please treat it as such. If you are intending to come along please
give me a yell so I know when we can start.

The idea is we will ride around the entire loop, when we get to tricky bits
I will help people through them, a combination of my demonstrating good and
bad ways to ride them (so you can see the difference s hopefully) and then
people can try the sections and I can offer hints and such.

I guess in part trying to show the importance of relaxing and keeping cadence
and speed up and not panicing to make this leg more fun. (it really is the
most fun bike leg in the entire event)

Cheers

	See You
