Energetix Nutrition and Fitness is owned and run by long term Bilby Rhiannon Snipe.  Energetix Nutrition and Fitness aims to provide you with a highly personalised service from a university qualified professional to optimise your nutrition and fitness goals.  Rhiannon has a Bachelor of Health Sciences majoring in Nutrition and Exercise Science and a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics.  Rhiannon's qualifications include:

 - Accredited Practising Dietitian

 - Accredited Nutritionist

 - Sports Dietitian

 - Personal Trainer

Rhiannon is also an experienced endurance athlete having completed 4 marathons and 5 Ironman distance triathlons, including competing at the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii in 2012 and 2013

Rhiannon also plans to offer free group presentation on sports nutrition to the club through club events such as the novice program or signon days.

Rhiannon has only just commenced running the Energetix business and will start working out of SportsCare & Physiotherapy in O'Connor on Thursdays from the 19th December 2013. She will be looking to work in GP clinics as well in the new year on other days of the week.

The Runners Shop have been a long time supporter of the Bilbys. Nick Walshe and his team are the local experts in running shoes and will also kit you out in running attire, heart rate monitors, nutritional products and more.

Nick and Brian Wenn have been associated with the Bilbys for many years and gives the club back 3% of all sales to Bilbys in his store. As part of your Bilbys membership you are also entitled to a generous 10% discount and he also sends us email to let us know when sales are about to take place, giving us first crack at them.

The Runners Shop have also supplied us with barrel prizes for the Aquathlon series and club events, including the Farrell-Marshall run.

Nick has also given us his time to provide us with "shoe" talks to our novice program participants each year. We encourage all members to take advantage of the discount Nick offers as a way of thanking him for his continued support of the club.

Canberra Southern Cross Club have been a sponsor since taking over Wests business operations in 2008.


As part of the agreement between the Bilbys and Southern Cross Club we receive the following :

- a percentage of cash reimbursement for money the club spends at the Southern Cross Club on Bilbys functions such as novice dinner and pasta parties

- free room hire for the novice dinners, membership sign-on days, information nights, trivia nights and other functions we have had there over the last 2 years.

- free room for our committee meetings.

- reduced rates for Bilbys wishing to join the Southern Cross Health Club (the very large and well equiped gym in Woden)


In return all they ask for from us is for patronage. Joining the Southern Cross Club only costs $10 a year and allows you entry to their many locations for dining and entertainment. It also allows discounted rates for single entry to their health club. You can pick up a membership form at any of the Club's locations around Canberra.
